The Best Practice Snacks for Busy Kids

Our favorite pre or post practice snacks for kids include:

  • Peanut Butter spread over apples or celery

  • Chocolate milk (filled with protein)

  • Carrots dipped in Hummus

  • Mixed Nuts, especially almonds

  • String Cheese

  • Other Cheese slices

  • Healthy Protein Bars

  • Hard-boiled eggs

  • Turkey wraps

  • Slices of Ham

  • Veggie slices (peppers, celery, carrots etc.)

All of these snacks can be put into containers or plastic bags for your kids to take with them or have them ready when they get home.
